Brush #15 is the ultimate eye shadow brush, it is for applying the shadow and the smaller part is for the crease.#15 really should be called #1, b/c it is a NECESSITY for eye shadow. Other brands don't compare when it comes to the brush.
For example, your bright blue color is applied with the bigger side and then the magenta is applied with the smaller side so you can really get in that crease area for a flawless and beautiful look!
